there was not one photo I would want to frame. There were only 2 photos, one on a green screen and one of me getting my diploma. I had my eyes closed in the diploma and I wasn't even smiling in the one on the green screen. I had to drop out of college for my family. I would have been the first person in my family to ever graduate college. I went back after 26 years to finally get the diploma.This picture was really important. You have no idea how important the momment you are capturing is. It is a big responsibility and you blew it. I had to buy the picture of me getting the diploma because I want something to remind me of that day but it isn't going to be framed or anything.
It is digital! You could have taken a dozen pictures for the one good one but you caught me with my eyes closed and you called it good.
I sent an email of a photo I took that is corrupted but have not heard back

I submitted a request because my pictures were not accurate
It just looked like the exact same pose Photoshop over different backgrounds. It was disappointing to say the least.
I thought the printout would be more glossy than it looks.
