Photos were great. Website was easy to navigate. I loved that you could get more than one pose in the same package. Photos arrived quickly. Very happy with my experience
The picture we received was bent had creases in it from the bend and wet from rain.
You would think that something of this memorable would be packed with a cardboard to prevent bending and in a slip of plastic then shipped to customer.

I chose the touch up option, thinking it would simply correct any hairs that are out of place or minor things. However, the photo now looks like a wax figure. Perhaps you used AI to do the touch up? I regret choosing the touch up option because now I don't even look like a real person.
The photo we got is bad, there is such a terrible glare on her glasses we are having to get her photo redone. A complete waste of money.

I did not like the tone of color my pictures came in and e-mailed out to The Grad team, but never received a reply back. The proofs online looked better than the pictures.
Great product!
Photos are way too expensive. $60 for a digital photo is ridiculous and the fact that there are different packages for multiple downloads makes no sense. why would someone not just pick one download and then make as many copies of the file as they want?
I was thrilled to have these graduation photos of my son!
He would have NEVER let me hire a photograpber to do private pics, so I love that you guys used several backgrounds, full length, waist length, etc... and gave us so many choices!
I was very pleased! And side note, I accidentally tossed the mail-out, so when I called the school to find out who did the pics, it was easy to access them online & purchase the downloads I wanted. Again, from soup to nuts, I am very happy!

There were great photos but packages that only allowed one pose! Also, the cost was way too high for packages. Most people don’t need all those sizes-an a la carte option would be great!
The Team was everywhere caputuring the moments and face of our graduates. They took evey opportunity to snap the shots that may not have been caputured other wise.
The pictures had only one piece of cardboard "protecting" the pictures, so they arrived bent. Also, not the best quality.
Identification was great, pictures were beautiful. But the prices were pretty steep.

In the ONLY pic you took of our son receiving his diploma from the university President, his eyes were closed! A fast shutter taking multiple pics should definitely be used ESPECIALLY for that picture. Very disappointed.

My son's tassel was stuck on his beard and the photographer made no mention of it at all, so it's on all his pics that way. I know they are busy and working to get a lot of students photos taken, but it would be great if they'd spend at least two seconds to help the students prepare for the photo.
