Very professional and kind. You made me feel comfortable to take photos which is hard for me! The pictures turned out great and you had many variations that I can pick from. Thank you!
Very turn around from time. I ordered my photos until I receive them. You caught the true essence of my daughter in her photograph.
Service is prompt with great packaging. The only problem I have is with the pictures not having enough white space so that they can be cut more easily. Other than that, I am very pleased.
The law school’s hood looks blue on all the pictures you have taken. However, pictures captured with our individual camera depict a purple color which is indeed the exact color for any law school. I am really disappointed!!

All photos are bad, I cannot use any of my photos and I paid more than $200. Also I ordered one of my photos in the frame. I got frame by itself without photo. I thought my photo will be professionally installed. In the frame and instead I just got the frame. I could buy this frame on Amazon for much less money
I will never recommend the Grand Team to anyone. Bad photos and bad customer service
Crop out obvious people that do not belong in photo
When the graduate is on the stage, get more of the face of the graduate. Limited selection of quality photos on stage.
The picture amount is very little compared to the cost. More sheets should be added to the package
Quality prints
There was a glue spot on the picture. Dont think I can get it off without damaging picture.
Too much Photoshopping. My son’s mole on his chin was photoshopped off his face. The quality of the coloring was not great either. I know you had quite a few photos to go through, but my son didn’t look like himself. We took other photos, but I was disappointed considering the cost of the “professional” photos verses their quality.

The last set of pictures I received were stuck together, and a smudge (possible fingerprint) was on one of the photographs.

Still haven’t received my second order of graduation pictures. My first order also was delivered until after I requested a status update.

The quality of the picture was poor when printed.
It wasn’t in focus and definitely did not look like a $70 professional photo.
