I believe The Grad Team is responsible for the graduation celebration. That event was top shelf. Everything seemed so well thought and presented.
The accommodations for Wheelchair assist was extremely organized and greatly helpful to me since I had recently had a total knee replacement.
Ordering the cap and gown, etc . was very easy...and I loved the repeat reminders to consider various things approaching the graduation.
I appreciated the concept of holding separate Commencement activities.
My guests are still talking about how well everything was carried out in Las Vegas, and they never considered WGU before my graduation activities.

I paid $60.00 for a digital download and received a 1MB image. The quality is not good! Any cell phone is capable of better than that. I am terribly disappointed.
The product is great quality but they are very expensive.
Great opportunity to get quality grad photos for framing. So happy they were available!!

The quality of the service was outstanding. The pictures were amazing.
Not having ordered pictures like this before, some helpful hints would have been nice. Better explanations of the different quality choices for the pictures, putting the name on all, or some of the pictures, which ones would be best for the names, which choice for the backgrounds, etc...
I realize this is all a matter of personal choice but a little something to go by would have been helpful. Thanks.
Price for what u get is ridiculous. Every real photographer knows to check for things out of place. My hood was funky and my shirt was showing on one side.
Digital picture seem pricey. Also it would be nice if the downloads were .png.

Easy process for ordering
The pictures were all off-center, which renders them useless. Whoever edited the pictures placed him too far to the right in the image, so it looks really bad. We were very disappointed in the overall picture, especially for how expensive they were to purchase.
Friendly website, easy to place order. Great quality picture and fast service. I also ordered a mug and love it.

The quality of the tassel frame I thought was bad. The other one I bought was great
I ordered 4 5x7s, and two fridge magnets. Loved the magnets. However, the 5 x 7s were somewhat grainy/out of focus and 2 of them had visible lines through the photo. With the graininess and lack of focus, I'm not sure how we ever could've ordered anything larger! I feel the color is off on the skin tones, also. I am incredibly disappointed for the price we paid.
I needed more time to order. Order by date came fast I wasn’t even home from my trip yet. Especially the holidays in the middle of everything. The magnets I ordered were much smaller than I expected

Sent you an email that the 8x10 we ordered came with important background omitted.Asked what you can do to rectify this and got no response.
Also inquired how to send electronic purchase for my son to him now that he is relocated with an email address.
Again no response.
Very disappointed to date. Further recommendations to others is dependent upon whether these issues are responded to and rectified.

The quality of the pictures.
The photos were good. No complaints. Didn’t have a choice to use them if I wanted a picture at graduation. It is a monopoly with their price dictated.
