I have emailed you many times w question and never got an answer. I need help. I did not know the labels you prompt us to input for digital photos would appear in white at the bottom of the image. I want to remove the label as i put in the file name for the lable and now it shows up on the image. How can I remove this?
The pictures are beautiful. The colors are sharp and clear.
Not having a reasonably priced downloadable JPG as an option.

Personally I would like the money back since I paid so much for photos I could have done better myself, but I trusted the school would contract a company that would hire decent photographers and have honest business practices. I took fewer photos that day because I though GradImages would've done a good job.
The prices are way too high. The quality of the photos is sub par. The fact that my photos were taken without care or skill by the photographer and then I would have to pay to have them corrected feels like a money grab. The composition of my shots in front of the step and repeat were poor and most didn't even follow the rule of thirds. The photographer had me stand in front of a gold backdrop while I'm wearing gold regalia and rushed through the photo. They were more interested in getting done than getting the job done correctly.
There was significant glare on the diploma cover in all of my photos. I didn't pay for the photo retouching because I wasn't sure that blown out spot could even be corrected. some photos were off-center - why would I pay for that? Charging over a hundred dollars for photos that still need cropping and retouching feels like a scam. Taking photos correctly the first time should be the goal of every photographer, charging us to correct preventable mistakes only incentivizes poor work.
Digital images should also not be that expensive, especially given the quality and lack of care in taking the photos.
You already store the images on a server for a period of time, whether we intend to buy them or not - this means you could make them either free or much more affordable. Making the purchase of digital images more expensive than any package of prints is bad business.
Everything was easy to do. I just wish the packages were a little cheaper.
Priced too high
The printed pictures we received were blurry with low quality.

nice prints but there's a weird white edge on the left side only on every shot i ordered. wish you had gotten my student outside while in line instead of only the person before and after him.
It’s far more expensive than digital photos should be. The selection was minimal and the quality was wanting

Too expensive. Picture was even not clear enough. How can u charge almost 60 dollars for a just one pdf picture. Just wicked. When I did an entire photoshoot with many pictures for 100 dollars.

Checkout process could flow better. I wasn’t happy with the editing as the skin tones were orange
My husband's college graduation photos were not good. The background of all the photos were clear and in focus, my husband was not in any of the photos. For the price we paid for them they should've been a lot better or at least bare minimum my husband be clear and in focus, it'd be great to get some money back for the photos not looking professional.
