The pictures were wonderful, however one of the prints that I ordered arrived damaged and I requested a replacement on 060124 and there has been no response to my email request. It was Order #VGPhone number removed7
The photos are way too expensive especially for digital copies. I paid almost $200 for 4-5 digital prints. That’s crazy!

The pictures came faster then said would, the quality is so good it’s like looking at face to face.
Capture students who are quiet, or when they are receving their certificate. i didn’t get any picture of that.
I have not received my photos that you all swear would be sent to me. I spent my money just to get ripped off from you all. If I don’t receive my pictures that I payed for I want to be refunded for the inconvenience that you have caused.
It would have been nice if the photos of each graduate had a designated backdrop. The crowd as a backdrop was very unappealing.

The pictures look great
Easy to order online. Wish it came with a piece of rigid cardboard. Mailman stuffed into our mailbox and bent them even though it said do not bed. We've flattened them enough to frame, so we're good.
Photos are great keepsake’s for parents and loved ones. With limited graduation tickets, these photos are priceless for extended family and friends.
My photos were not exactly as I expected. Two of the 4 ordered were dark and the other two were as I expected. From the proofs, I could not determine if the color should have been adjusted.
The pictures were great, but the packaging could be a little better, mine were delivered and it had was raining, so the envelope was wet and if I had not been home the pics would have been ruined and also the mail man bent my picture and if it had been in a thicker non bendable package maybe it would of been harder for them to bend it in my mailbox. I paid alot of money for these pictures and thought some of that could go to the packaging to protect in shipping.

They sent me product with the wrong school on it. Although I called and they promised to send a replacement so hopefully they will.
Pictures of my daughter were mediocre. Made purchases because I didn't use my own camera because I was trusting you to catch the moment. And then I had to spend a fortune for mediocre pictures.
I paid extra for glare correction on my son's glasses. Unfortunately, it was not realistic looking at all. It looks like AI generated eyes were placed in his photos. It's very disappointing and we'd rather have the unedited pictures.
The one photo that I really wanted, that was difficult for me to capture from the audience, was my son shaking hands with the president of the University. I ordered this print from you, but was very disappointed. It is obvious, not online but on the print, that my son and the president are extremely blurry in the photo and that what was in focus was the Registrar’s chair behind them. Every one of my children has a similar photo of their graduation moment on display at my home, and I am sad that this child has a drastically inferior photo.
Poor quality product. No return label is offered. I am reporting you to the BBB.
