Digital images and prints were great quality. They both were received quickly after purchase.
I loved all the candid photos the team was able to get of my graduate. The posed pictures were nice but those candids you captured were so special. Thank you!
The pictures we received were horrible and blurry. You could not tell how bad the pictures were until you purchased, due to the numerous watermarks. I had to do some serious photoshopping in order to make them useful at all.
Simply perfect
All of the photos were one person off so I did not get my photos but I got the woman next to me
It would have been nice for graduate students to have a very nice picture taken while receiving their degree. Having graduates stop for 2 seconds for a photograph would have captured this once in a lifetime moment much better than the blurry action photo that we received.
Good picture and fast delivery
The quality of pictures/background and lighting made me look like a yellow orange color :(. Could use better lighting

So expensive- and for what pixels? I understand it’s your work and it’s art but $50 for a digital download is insane
The prices are absolutely insane. I also wanted a matte option and there wasn’t any. I thought that there was though, so I ended up paying more for something that I didn’t even get. The photos turned out great, so thankfully I was able to get 2, but they were both a physical copy. If I wanted a DIGITAL copy, I would have had to pay $60 for ONE PHOTO. We just spent 2 1/2+ years of paying for college. I guess people think it’s okay that we should have to pay even more high prices just for some photos.

The pictures where not as nice as they should be for the price.
In my daughter’s picture of her receiving her degree half of her is cut off. The picture showed the chancellor and the speaker fine. My daughter’s face and body was cut. I cared more about seeing my daughter than the other people. Why would I want to see more of people I don’t know? This was my daughter’s moment and the picture isn’t good because only half of her is shown.
The pictures were wonderful the prices a little too much.
Too expensive and some of the pictures weren’t even good.
There was an option to purchase 10 photos, but there weren't 10 to choose from. I also thought that the pictures were a bit pricy. $150 for 6 digital images seems like a lot. We come from a state where the cost of living is typically a bit more than Colorado, and 6 digital images would not have cost quite as much here.
Great photos, pricing is very expensive though. $200 for 10 digital photos is insane.
Far to expensive
Photos were blurry and too much editing. My camera phone pics came out much better and I paid a lot.
I ordered pictures and did not receive them. No communication on how long it would take either. So glad I also bought the downloadable file otherwise I would not have anything. Hopefully, they will arrive soon.

The pictures I purchased were blurry. My iPhone could have taken better pictures. Very disappointed on the quality of these...especially for the price I paid!
The pictures of my daugther on stage were not that great. There was also an outdoor on where she wasn't the main focus and the girl behind her was and it was sent to me as a pic of mu daughter. I understand that theare are a lot of students and things happen quickly but it would have been nice to get some better shots of her on stage.
The picture was only of half my daughter, there was a huge emptiness at the top then the pic was only to her chest not even showing her full gown, or even half of it. They should have centered the picture better.
