My pictures are chopped up! The diploma is half cut. I paid a lot of money and this is what I got. I will definitely not recommend this service to anyone..

I don’t use photographers. I bought the grad picture for my son’s. I thought the prices were quite high, I also wish you buy just a single photo. I only needed an 8x10 for his frame, but ended up buying the cheapest package I could find, I now have smaller photos I don’t know what to do with. It’s a waste of your time, paper, chemicals and ink not to offer single photos and your customer’s money. I work at a school and think the same thing about their pictures and Shutterfly.

I was satisfied with most of the photos, I am a photographer and was not permitted to bring my camera bag to the commencement. I would consider recommending the service to my brother.
Got some great pictures that I wasn't able to get
I didn’t like how there was other people in my picture. I just didn’t think it was very professional. There should’ve been some kind of background so that way only me the graduate could be in my photo. I have a lifetime of looking at this picture and seeing other mugs my graduation photo I don’t know. I hate it.
The photographer before I went onstage demanded that I contort my head into this weird downward-facing position. Like, my chin on top of my collarbone. Those photos are beyond awful and weird, and I only hope that they are permanently deleted. The only decent photo of all of them was the one with the president, and that one was so decent that you get a 1 instead of a zero.
High prices, and low editing.
We ordered the plaque and it is BEAUTIFUL! IMPRESSIVE! A perfect display for office or home. LOVE it!!
It was easy to order and received promptly. Facial area on photo is slightly blurry, or would have scored 10. But is acceptable.
