When I got my pictures they were bent. I feel if they came in a better package to keep them from not getting bent I would be happy. I pay a lot for those pics and now I have a crease in all 3 pics.
I’ve contacted y’all three different times about messing up my photo order and have not heard any response.

You didn't disappoint me. There's just no reason I would recommend a photographer for a graduation where one company is doing all the photos. There's no choice to to be made, so there are no options to recommend.
All of the photos appeared dark. It was difficult to see this on the proofs. Also on the individual photo the angle of the head produced an odd light shadow from the eye glasses. Maybe instruct graduates to remove their glasses for this pose. A bit disappointed as this was a once in a lifetime event. The cost would have been justified if the photos were great.

I was given a photo where my hair was purple and there was also a misspelling on the photograph. I asked for a copy that was not edited as such, and I have yet to recieve it.

The price should be much cheaper than this. If you can’t improve this, maybe you should stop monopolizing it.
I ordered 3 photos that all looked good when I saw each proof. But when I received my download, one of the photos was not fully in focus. If I had known that, I would not have ordered that photo.

I got a magnet for my parent’s fridge. It’s 1x2, but it’s so blurry. You cannot even read the name of NDSU on my diploma.

my only complaint was that my sons eyes were shut on one of the two pics taken in the posing session. Wished the photographer would have looked at the camera and retaken. Limited my choices a lot, but I still purchased your download 6 pic package! Thank you for capturing the day for us.

The photographers were extremely difficult to work with. The photos that they took were mediocre at best. The price for the photos was outrageous as well. And it didn't include touch-ups. I was very disappointed.
Many of my pictures were blurry. Not only was it disappointing, but then I felt ripped off by paying for expensive pictures.
Easy to use website. Good photographs. Multiple packages as well as individual choices.
