Bad photo not cropped
The pictures take of the graduates were terrible one had their eyes closed and another half opened they had opportunity to correct but insisted they were great not happy
The photos were not that good
I liked the selection of products available to choose from. I was very pleased with how fast my pictures were shipped. The pictures were a great quality.
I liked the photos but wish I knew that I could request pictures to be taken.
The photo quality prior to ordering was horrible, once I received my prints I realized how terrible they were
The user interface for order was unuseable. Navigation, selecting images, finding my "cart", leaving and returning - all activities were unnecessarily redundant and tedious. I highly recommend the company find an experienced online shopping designer to dramatically improve the experience. 0/10 would not recommend.
For the charges that we paid, the photo was not even cut straight and showed white at the bottom at an angle.
It was nice to have someone take a close up picture of my graduate. :)

The price for a download was extremely expensive. Wish I could have purchased all of them but it wasn’t affordable. The options were many but most of them weren’t framed well and often had things in the background that took away from the main focus of the picture, but cost was what I found ridiculously over priced for just the download. Not an actual photo, or having it framed, it was just the download.
Difficult to reach anyone for help.
I wanted to find out of my son’s tire could be fixed (fill in color where it was crooked), this could have been caught be the photographer.
I also didn’t like that you couldn’t really see the clarity of the photo from the proof. I adored off after I received them they could be returned if I wasn’t happy, but never heard back.

To take more photo shots of all the graduates. Take your time.
Prices are over rated for off colored, miss centered, blurry pictures.
