No tracking number email or notification that it shipped via email. Went to website and still no tracking number it just said shipped. No expected date either.
Prices and size selection are really good.

The photos were very good quality. They captured her right as she was receiving her diploma—a great shot. They also took a candid as she was entering the building, which was fun!

Way too expensive, especially for new college grads
The pictures were great and arrived very quickly
Pictures were not great. They were taken from a strange angle. Several had my hood over my head or my back turned. There was only one where you could see my face. Pretty expensive for bad pictures. My friends and family did a better job.

Great pictures and customer service.
Would like more natural pictures, had 2 daughters graduate KSU, just hate that they have one pose, and you change the backgrounds. Son graduated the next day at GSU, they had photographers many points while receiving a diploma , walking up, on stage and walking down.

The quality of the products.
Color on the pictures was off ( coloring on the graduate's face was orange) and the majority of pics were from a distance...and when enlarged became very blurry. ...paid 160 dollars for pictures that were not usable.....I would to try to get the original pictures that are from a distance, so at least I can develop pics that are clear but far away...I don't believe the pictures were worth the amount of money paid I paid for them

Way way way too expensive
The photo quality was not what I expected. I graduated there in ‘88. We were moving targets when our pictures were taken and the pictures were much better. I’m sorry if I hurt anyone’s feelings. I thought they should have been better.
