I seem to get all of your emails but I still haven’t gotten my download picture. I’ve called the number three times and they keep saying I’m going to get it. We verify the email and I still don’t have it.

The photos were not received within 48 hrs as promised. It was almost a week before I received a link to the photos.
It was great to get a picture of the very moment my son received his degree and an upclose view of the hooding that took place on stage. I could enjoy the moment knowing it was being captured.

Alow the graduates more time to take selfies or even give them more time with the backdrops. I felt like we were being pushed through like cattle. The picture quality was pretty good though, and the prices were very reasonable.

The photos were beautiful
It was hard to really see the photos with the watermark moving across it (I understand the need though) and I thought the prices were incredibly high for downloads. Maybe I’m just a very poor student. I wanted to order more photos, but just couldn’t afford it.
I had an issue with a picture and the placement of your logo. I sent an email. No one responded. Ever.
