Great pictures and a nice variety
They’re great quality and shipping was fast.
I paid extra money to retouch the pictures. I assumed this was also going to take care of the glare from my son’s glasses which did not. I’m not sure what type of retouching was done, but it was not worth the extra $40 dollars I paid for the service.

Candid picture options
We are very disappointed in these graduation pictures. They are not clear. They are low quality. These are once in a lifetime pictures of our son’s graduation and they look worse than if we took them from an iPhone. We have two 8 x 10 pictures and our son’s face is not crystal clear the way ANY photograph should be.
I only chose two pictures because there were not that many to choose from.

Digital costs are way too high!!! Print was good but not great. I’d buy again though since it’s the only option

As far and my daughter and I know, we haven't received a graduation photo.
My only concern when recommending is the cost is high for students who are on tight budgets and don’t have parents to pay.

The photo was priceless because it is very hard to get a smile in a picture out of my son and that was beautiful! The quality of the photo processing color was off.

The pictures are nice and there was a lot of choices. However, the prices are way to high! I ordered 1 5x7 and it was almost $20 with shipping! I would have ordered a few more but I could not justify the price.
Pictures are too expensive, the least you can do is gift a JPEG to a recent graduate who just spent roughly 200k on an education. Cant the school fund $25 per graduate to a grad team? Like come on guys $70 for a jpeg. I get it because people will just print photos on whatever they want for cheaper, but why you gotta rip off people that just spent hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Picture quality and price were fine. However, as with any mass-produced photos (like elementary school photos), the pace is too quick to check details. My son's tassel was behind his head. It would have been a quick fix. I bought the pictures because I wanted the memory, however, your company could make customers happier in the future if the photographer would just say "Hey fix your tassel"..
I tried to call the phone number provided numerous times because I had questions, but the phone number was never working. Since I thought the problem might be my phone, I asked other people to try it and they had the same result. This was the phone number that was provided in your email and/or texts.
Quality of photos
I haven’t received any of the things I purchased! It’s too late to make it right. I just want what I purchased. My next step is to go on social media and let as many people as I can know what kind of company this is. You prey on parents when it’s supposed to be one of the happiest times on their lives.
