How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were told there would be a discount for pictures. There was a code emailed. Upon checkout it said the code was not valid. We emailed support. Never got a response back. We have no idea if we purchased pictures at a discount price and when we will even get the pictures or even how. Are they going to be mailed? So they'll just get bent? The emails we got kept saying hurry and get pictures before the discount ends. It had a date listed as the last day to purchase. After that date passed, more emails saying hurry before discount ends. Very very very confusing and frustrating.

The pictures are beautiful, love the ways you can personalize them, they arrived in a timely fashion, and the team was ready to help with any problem we had.

Prices are absolutely outlandish. I'm unemployed and every penny matters, yet you force me to pay more than what it would cost me to feed my entire family at a restaurant just to get a DIGITAL COPY of a SINGLE IMAGE commemorating the biggest achievement of my life. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Your pricing is insane and extremely low quality prints. I ordered three physical prints and they are so low quality they’re all grainy and for what… just to cost an exorbitant amount of money? I will never purchase from you again.

Photography looked incredibly cheap. I'm also disappointed that it was not more clear that the piece was only one printed photo in a frame.

The package options are very disappointing. For the amount of money I had to pay, I would have appreciated one of each pose, or at least more options than I had. I felt very limited and honestly a little taken advantage of. Mainly because the families couldn't get better quality pictures on our own from our seats, but you get the best ones and charge so much for so little. My daughter is a first generation graduate. We sacrificed a lot, having two in college at the same time. You stand to make a great profit no matter what because of all the graduation ceremonies and the amount of graduates. It just seems no one cares that there are families whose wallets don't stretch with the rising costs of everything these days. Not everyone can afford these prices. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but you asked.....

Photos aren’t even that good and you’re price gouging students who just got out of college with an already hard to pay tuition. Only reason I didn’t give a 0 was because the digital copies came semi-quick.

What could we do to improve?

Your website isn’t the most user-friendly. Would like to go back and forth numerous times to ensure selection had all aspects selected (would check box for, say, retouching, but then that wouldn’t show up on final review. Would also prefer to see and be able to order pictures all at once rather than being dribbled in. And I woul like to be able to view a picture WITHOUT any printing moving across it. Makes it hard to assess and see details. I know why you do it, I just think you could try some other protection that isn’t so distracting.

I have emailed several times about the editing of my photos and how there is a red film over my pictures. I am very disappointed in the quality of photos.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was quite disappointed when I received my pictures. While I understand that the photographers are in a hurry, they took quite a bit of time to get my hair out of the way, but didn't ensure that I didn't have a double chin before taking the picture. The options for touch-ups when purchasing were very unclear, and after purchasing the touch-ups, I had to pay for the double chin to be removed after purchasing images.
