The pictures were meh, and the prices were way too high. For my son, there wasn’t any option to even just buy a 4x6, and for my daughter it cost $18 for a 4x6 print. It’s one thing to charge and make money off of a life event, but it really felt like price gouging. You will make way more money if you price things reasonably so more people can/will order pictures.
Not disappointed. No one to recommend college pictures to.
The pics were fine. I think $15 for glasses touch up is high. More background choices.
The quality of the pictures were incredible. Perfect lighting, captured her personality flawlessly and loved the background options
I am very disappointed in the quality of these photos. For this price they should be professional grade! I purchased my sons 3 years ago and they were nice classic professional grade. This year you can see the dots and the coloring is terrible. Waste of money but i kept them bc thats my only remembrance i have.
The ordering process was so easy. They made it clearance precise to understand the different choices. I absolutely love my photo. 10 out 10. Would definitely recommend...
Never heard back from customer service. The editing they did on my graduation pictures turned my blonde hair red.
Sending damage pictures.
I only received 3 or 4 pics of my son.
I know they took one picture of us as a family & we didn't get it.
Also, there were pics taken at the awards ceremonies which we never saw.

The pictures from the stage were taken from the floor and angled up…..no one looks good from that angle. I could not crop the pictures for the plaques. So I did not buy it. . The options for framed pictures was not much to choose from.
