There was a girl in the background in focus that was extremely distracting from my daughter's picture as well as another person on the opposite side.
i can only say 5 because i haven’t received my photos yet so everything was ok but no product to complete purchase
Quick, clear, and easy products.
The photographs were great. It would never nice to have options to order 4x6 and 3x5 prints and to have the collage in a smaller format.
I emailed and called and no one has gotten back to me about 2 of my pictures with white lines on them. I asked to get the 2 replaced. I have not gotten a response at all.
I think the pictured turned out great. And lighting is what it is at certain events but felt like certain pictures were more on the red side. But it was a lot of money for a touch up.
They still are great. Glad to have them.
I did get my pictures but they were not edited like I had thought they would be. I bought three pictures and I wanted two of them edited for hair removal but it was not done. I’ve tried multiple times to contact you but I have not heard back. Is there a phone number where I can call and speak to someone?
The photos of my son had him covering up his honors medal with his diploma or they we off centered. The live shots were from a distance and only one showed him “receiving’ his degree

Getting photos in a timely way.
I chose the extensive touch up option because the description indicated it would remove shine (the bright lights were reflected in my forehead pretty intensely). The editing didn't do anything for the shine, so it was $25 wasted for an already expensive photo.
Great phone service. However, maybe put tracking on photos, since USPS isn’t reliable anymore.
