The prices are ridiculously high. One of the photos that I purchase showed good on the link but when printed it was bad.
I have contacted your company twice with no response. I order the digital 3 pictures. 2 of the 3 were blurry. Can that be corrected?

Didn't have the option of announcing his degrees properly. Called 6 or 7 time to fix it & it was not fixed. Also, No option for graduation time available.
Pictures are professionally done and plaque is well made. Navigating the site was also very seamless.
I didn’t know the whereabouts of my pictures or even whether they were even available until 6 months after the ceremony. Then I had to sort through hundreds of pictures to find mine, which were not in alphabetical order whatsoever. Glad they ended up somewhere but I would have never known unless I did some serious digging.
I had a great experience with everyone who was working the event and absolutely love my pictures. However I had a lot of problems with the website and it was really frustrating. I thought it was just me being me but I talked to a couple other people and they were having the same problems.
Pics on stage were awful. And too busy of a back ground for the stand alone pics

I did not take senior photos so I was more than greatful for your service. All of the pictures that were taken were beautiful and organic. I belive if I had taken professional senior portraits, they would not have turned out as nice. You all captured the true me. Thank you for my memories.
The quality of the picture.
I paid extra money to have "lines and wrinkles" blurred. There isn't much difference, if any, between the original picture and the "edited" one. Disappointed that my neck lines weren't blurred or smoothed, which was considered part of the process. There was no where for me to be able to specify that when I made the purchase.
no need to make things right, but several of the photos of our daughter with her advisor had part of her advisor's head cut out of the picture. Those photos were really unusable because of this.

The order process was a bit overwhelming but I managed. However, I reached out to ask a question and it's been about 2 weeks with no response. I purchased 6 digital photos and was happy with all but 1 of the images. I realize that the copyright must be there but my last image was blurry once I got it and I could not tell that from the proof. I would just at least like to have a response. Name removed Phone number removed or Email address removed
The pictures were not very good. I know when I have taken pictures in the past the photographer will take them from a higher angle. It helps with the double chin look. If the pictures had come out better I probably would have purchased more of them.
Pictures were good cut off center
The auto text was spell wrong and the team never responded to my email. I caught the mistake, but I know other classmates did not and will probably be upset when they realize this.
The pictures quality and easy buy
Photos I selected weren’t delivered as shown online. Sent a wrap messages back no response. Worse yet they are all digital photos. Waste of my money

The Grad team member who assisted me was exceptional. She made sure my order was right and was so helpful when I had to make a minor change per my son's request for his college graduation photo. Great work Grad Team!
