How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

For what they charge for photos, they could at least take more than one and/or provide direction for posing and positioning in front of the background and flowers. My eyes were closed when shaking hands for my degree. The best photo of me from this event was a candid picture taken by the University photographer when I was walking out onto the floor. And that one was free to download.

Quality of pictures and having more than one camera set up is an improvement from years past. Did note one problem for graduates that are taller (6 ft) in that the left side camera was set too low. A significant part of the picture includes sound equipment thus the graduate's head (and the faculty standing behind the grad for "hooding") have very little border between their heads and the edge of the picture. Cropping "helps" get rid of the sound equipment but it was still difficult to get a "centered" picture of the Grad & faculty member. The tops of their heads are too close to the edge of the photo.

Photographs came out dark and underexposed. The quality of photos was not apparent from the sample images on website.

Some of the graduates had eyes closed in all three of their pictures. Our photo that we paid for had a crease across the middle. The brochure had a number that on several days did not work and an email that also did not seem to be correct. After some research online my husband got through and was promised a new picture which has not been received.

The lighting was terrible on my daughter's graduation picture. You can't even see the cover of the diploma holder due to the glare from the light. It's just a super bright glare over the entire diploma. Someone should have been directing them to change the angle that they were holding their diploma so we could actually see it in the picture. Very disappointed.

For the price of one picture you could have edited out the kids head behind my son. It wasn’t like it was a pimple I wanted erased. I would have purchased more.

My photo shaking hands with staff was horrible…The lighting, the positioning, composure of the image was just bad. The one before was pretty good. I did order the headshot.

Picture quality was terrible and my frame was warped. I paid $100 plus dollars and was told I would have to pay shipping to send it back. This is very unacceptable and I am heartbroken that such beautiful memories have been tainted by bad pictures. Just send me the digital.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Because the proofs were so protected, I could not see the true quality of the photos before purchasing. Had I known that the images were blurry and grainy, I would have not paid the outrageous price of $100 for 3 photos. It felt like such a waste of money.
