I’ve ordered graduation pictures for both of my daughters at different times. Each were bent and crammed into my mailbox. Even though it is written on the outside “photos do not bent” they still were bent both times. The pictures are crimped. The mail delivery is not going to do a better job so the packaging needs to be unbendable.
Loved the quality of the picture and prompt shipping after order was placed.
Photos came damaged and have yet to be replaced.

The price is too high. The photographer did not let me know that my eyes were closed in a picture.
One photo that i bought an 8 x 10 of was extremely blurry. Had I known the liw light would have caused this I would have ordered a clearer print like the other two I bought.
Will you consider mailing me a clear print 8 x 10 in replacement please? Any of tge 8 x 10s that is not blurry instrad?

I loved the picture of my daughter accepting her degree from the President. I wanted an 8x10 of the whole picture from top to bottom. I ordered an 8x10 but her feet weren’t in the pic. Wasted more money to get the digital pic hoping I could figure out a way to get an 8x10 of the whole picture. Couldn’t figure it out. The pictures were way too expensive. I didn’t mind spending a little money but was disappointed that I couldn’t figure a way to get the entire picture to print on an 8x10.
Very expensive for the photo packages offered.
It’s not like I had an option to choose. This is who the vendor my Daughter’s school chose.

I didn’t realize the discounts would go up the longer I waited to buy the photos. I feel ripped off because I acted right away.
Also, the photo packages are kind of lame so I just bought like 8 5x7 photos. I don’t need 8 wallet-sized photos, maybe add in an option for 4x6 instead of just 5x7 and higher and wallets and do a mix of the sizes
Pricing was high and my daughter’s pictures all have other people in them, which I don’t feel warrants the prices being charged. Pictures also came in several different packages, making it confusing to keep track of.

I liked the graduation pictures, But the pictures should have been packed with sturdy backings before mailing for them not to bend and also to protect them from rain water etc.
