High quality, beautiful presentation
You cost me nearly $80 for a frame I could have bought at Walmart for $14. The glass is not glare free -Ha! If it had not been for the picture I wanted of my son in that chest wood frame, you would never have had my business. I have not been giving a good review to everyone who have seen for themselves how cheap that frame is and agreed with me. Nor will I encourage/recommend to anyone to buy your cheap picture frames. More than that - I had requested specific wording that were placed underneath my son’s picture. You may as well have physically thrown that frame at me - cause I feel slapped in my face and insulted.
Great pictures
Pictures weren't that great, sadly, especially the one with my mouth gaping open. All the copyright scrolling through also distorted the photos on the website. Wasn't overly impressed when the actual proof arrived. Thankfully, my sister is a professional photographer too and got some really great photos. Liked the photos my Google Pixel 7 phone took too. Overall was still a very fun weekend!
The pictures looked great once printed and they all arrived in a very reasonable amount of time!
Letters on college logo are blurry
The picture that I received is bended and I reached out couple time and got no response. Very poor services and not acceptable.

The photos color contrast was way off making burgundy look purple. Also the slate ordered put the president as the primary focus rather than the graduate. Not asking for anything but admitting they didn’t turn out as expected.
Photographer rushed me for no reason
It’s way too expensive and no one ever said we had to pay for the pictures.

The uploading or selecting pictures
from the shopping list was not that easy as compared to shopping from other sites. It was just impossible for me to purchase any of the pictures I selected. That wasn’t good.

I liked that you promptly replaced my photos that were damaged in transit.
Photos were so expensive, and the timeline to order them was so narrow that I had to miss out on activities to pay for the photos. Very disappointing that it’s almost $20 just for a digital image. You already took the photo… It doesn’t cost that much to print them.. I understand there’s some overhead with the facial recognition software and the photographers but I’m sure the level of sales is lower because of this predatory pricing.
Magnet was trash, price was high on normal ones. Student deal should be better since we're poor

The pictures are just OK - the lighting and backdrop at the venue didn't help...
