The picture cost approximately $60.00 - Yet the photographer didn't take the time to photoshop some random guy behind him out of the picture. Nice picture, but not worth it w. the lack of editing

Picture on stage my sons face is blurry. Unsure what they are doing to correct. Also ordered a mug and since picture face blurry wanted a replacement picture before printed.
Glare from eyeglasses is not an imperfection; it's due to the angle from which you took the photo. The glare should be removed automatically; at the very least you should put the before and after photo, so we can make an informed decision as to purchase.
Taking out someone's zits or pimples and whitening yellow teeth is an imperfection, eyeglasses that 40% of individuals wear is not.
I never received the pictures I paid for. I have emailed requesting them and never received a response. I would not recommend and would like a refund.

The quality of the pictures was excellent, but the pricing, especially for the digital prints were exorbitant. While I can appreciate the overall costs and imagine the time/effort/energy needed to support a graduation it feels predatory to create a cost that limited my interest in purchasing more than just one photo. Keep the quality, find a way to balance costs and I'd be happy to change my score!

Great job in capturing multiple moments. The only downside is that the local post office on Center Street in Pocatello, ID completely disregarded the clearly stated "DO NOT BEND" and jammed it in the mailbox. Twice. Not your fault.
