I am so happy that I had the opportunity to purchase picture and wish this had been available when my oldest graduated college. Different college, but still wish it had been available. They turned out fantastic.
The photos turned out great and there's lots of options to choose from so I would have given a 10. The prices were high so unfortunately I could only purchase one photo (which is more The economys fault for not wanting to pay employees what their worth while adjusting for inflation). Overall, I gave 10 for the photo quality and numerous options and a 5 for the price. Although it is the economys fault for not paying employees what their worth so they can afford things, businesses, especially ones that market to college students, should be responsible for adjusting prices to offset inflation. Not everyone's parents are loaded and able to buy everything for them.

The prints I received weren’t even in jackets and one of them had smeared emulsion. For the price I expected better.
The pictures were beautiful and plenty of selection. The process was very easy.
I loved everything about them.
My daughter posed for photographers outside as they walked in and also on the stage with her degree looking at camera. Neither of these pictures were in the offering. Only a pose with cheesy fake backgrounds and three unposed clips of her being announced and walking the stage.

Make the photographs more affordable. I’ve already paid thousands of dollars for my degree and to walk across the stage. The amount of money for 5 different photos is insane.
Easy ordering
One ordered my daughter's picture bc it had writing on it. I was told to send my order back to you and you would re print the picture. I sent it back twice at the address that was emailed to me by your team. Both times it was returned to sender. I double the address I had written with the address provided to me by your team. They matched up. I don't understand why you wouldn't just send me out a new photo. For heavens sake, I paid plenty of money for one 5x7 print!!!
Reliability
I truly appreciate having the memory however, the quality of the pictures were not great as far as lighting goes, which may be unavoidable. I was quite surprised at the cost of a digital download.
The photos I purchased are damaged, and the magnets I purchased are blurry and cheap. For the money I spent, I expected higher quality. I would like replacement photos or a refund.
