Easy enough to do, but thought very expensive for digital photos.
Fast delivery and nice quality picture
The picture quality were excellent
I ordered a mug with a my photo on it. The mug is very low quality. The picture is blurry and doesn’t look like me. I don’t recall selecting any touch ups option, but it looks edited. I was willing to overlook the photo, but even the name of my school is very grainy. My sister has bought two photo mugs of the same size (from a different company) and they’ve always turned out great. I didn’t expect mine to look so bad. I don’t think you should offer these mugs if the printing is going to be so low quality.

My order was received quickly. When an error was noticed on the misspelling of the school name it was corrected immediately and my order was resent immediately.

There is a significant glare on my glasses in the photograph. I could have taken a better photo with a disposable camera. I would like a refund or retouched (at no cost).
My pictures were bent and wet when they arrived. They have creases all over them. If they are going to be mailed in just a floppy envelope, they need to be fortified with something stronger inside the envelope. For the amount of money it cost, I would have expected better. To make it right? Fix the way those pictures are being mailed out.
Prefer information about photos and better quality. Flash was in glasses lenses, and vost for a basic retouch almost as expensive as the photo chosen. Price points very high. Lifetouch provided a better price point package offers.
I also saw in pics, familes getting pics with grads etc nothing was mentioned this was a possibility or options. Better communication would hvae been nice.

When you mailed my son's grad pictures, you put them in a flimsy envelope with no support. The inside divider was so thin that it bent. The picture is bent as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Very poor photo quality, especially for $59.95 per digital download and $13.95 per print! My brother took 10x better quality photos on his iPhone.
160 for 6 pictures is crazy
Just wished you could retake the pic if you knew I blinked. If it wasn't possible though, then it's okay. Thank you.

There were many choices of photos and the costs were reasonable. When I received my photos the quality was apparent.

One of the pictures was blurry, there's no way for me to notice before purchasing. More pictures that were "found" were offered to purchase, and they those pictures had background settings that would have been nice to have prior to my first purchase.
