The choices of photos were limited, and the prices seemed a little high
A total scam. Smart to tell people not to take their own pictures when you put all of them behind a paywall. Evil.

The pictures were great and were delivered very fast.
The photographers were very friendly and excited for us. They were ore than willing to take pictures of our whole nursing cohort, which we loved! (This is the only reason for the high score of 9) The pricing is very high, in my opinion, especially for digital pictures. The fact that when I sent them through email to some of my family they came up blurry. The only way I can send photos and have them clear is through email. I haven't tried printing them yet, but I sure hope they print clearly!

On stage photos were taken from the poorest angle possible. Had we known the only way to get copies of the actual pinning of our student was to pay for poor images, we would have had someone stand in front of your photographer and taken our own.
Also, your website is garbage. So far behind modern, it’s laughable.
I loved the ease of ordering the item. The product came quickly. The pictures turned out very nice. The one thing I did not like was the white frame that the picture came in. I wish I had been able to chose my frame color. Please add that as an option going forward!
My pictures were beautiful, but the frames and products are cheap! My frame came 2+ months later and was damaged. It's very disappointing when you are looking forward to captures of your special.moment. There is not true engraving of a plaque. It's plastic and the "metal plate" is not a real thing. It's a writing on the actual picture. I was surprised by this finding.
