Good quality
The downloads are definitely too expensive, so I didn't order any, but I did order a frame with two photos. I was happy with the quality of the photos, but would have paid more for a better quality frame. I'm happy that you offered the photos, but would have loved a package with all the downloads that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thank you for taking the photos, but this widowed Grandmother on a fixed income just couldn't afford all the photos I would have liked to have had.

1. A lot of the pictures taken that I received in my proofs were of the girl behind me, not me(!). She does happen to be a friend but not someone I'm spending a lot of money on pictures on.
2. It would be great if there were some more build your own packages available. I got a smaller one and it was still far more than I needed, but I needed the ability to pick different images at different sizes. and as a grown up, i don't find that I need wallet sized pictures much anymore (I'm 50). COSTLY UNNECESSARY EXTRAS
3. Might want to consider a different shipping company, or package your pictures in a weatherproof package. On a rainy (off and on) day, the shipping company left my pictures outside on my front porch, where there is no roof. Thankfully, it was not actively raining in the moments that the package was still out there, but I don't know how long-- and while the pictures weren't ruined yet, the edges of some were starting to curl. I sent an email about this and have not heard back.

The photos were wonderful, but the gentleman taking my pre-ceremony photos at camera 1 could not have been more rude. He barked orders, snapped in an ugly tone of voice if I did not do something fast enough, and was very rude and abrasive. I believe that this needs to be addressed, and I hope that this complaint does not go unnoticed.
The quality is wonderful! Every thing I brought was wonderful!
I would have liked to have had the photographer take two or three photos at the stage rather than 1. There was no option for a better photo or one with my eyes open because he only took one. I watched him with other people. He only took one. Photos are digital- it’s not cheaper to take less. It’s also free to say things like, “your tassel is a bit wonky” or “the Jayhawk isn’t facing forward on your tassel.” But nobody ever told me either of those things and both would’ve really made my photos better.

The service was very good! Pictures came out very nice as well. I ordered double picture frame. The information provided on the website was not clear. It didn’t mention what size of picture the frame holds.
