The pictures are not good quality. I appreciate the opportunity to buy them, and I did. I guess Injust wanted better.

Everyone was very friendly and the photos were well done
I loved the pictures and the quality of the photographs I received. I also received them so quickly. I was able to order and distribute my photos less than 3 weeks after graduating.
Quality and Customer Service:
The downloads were high resolution and clear, and they came quickly. I ordered an 8x10 and a 5x7 print to be mailed, and I received the two prints together in an envelope that was printed on the outside 'Photos-Do Not Bend'. However, the postman bent it anyway to put it in my mailbox: both the cardboard and the 8x10 had creases in them.
I contacted The Grad Team explaining the issue, and received a prompt reply from Emily; she re-sent the 2 prints, this time in a stiffer cardboard envelope.
The high-quality prints arrived in perfect condition; my mail carrier brought them to my door, and the stiffer cardboard envelope kept them safe.
I truly appreciate your help ensuring these prints arrived safely.
I'm glad LSU used The Grad Team & apmphoto for their commencement photos.
The digital options were a bit overpriced; it was a struggle to use the QR code to get logged in and properly registered as well.
The wooden blocks are not heavy enough to keep the pictures upright!
I like that we got the link sent right away on text and email. Easy to see and order. Prices aren't bad

The Grad team member who assisted me was exceptional. She made sure my order was right and was so helpful when I had to make a minor change per my son's request for his college graduation photo. Great work Grad Team!
The prices are ridiculously high. One of the photos that I purchase showed good on the link but when printed it was bad.
I have contacted your company twice with no response. I order the digital 3 pictures. 2 of the 3 were blurry. Can that be corrected?

Didn't have the option of announcing his degrees properly. Called 6 or 7 time to fix it & it was not fixed. Also, No option for graduation time available.
Pictures are professionally done and plaque is well made. Navigating the site was also very seamless.
I didn’t know the whereabouts of my pictures or even whether they were even available until 6 months after the ceremony. Then I had to sort through hundreds of pictures to find mine, which were not in alphabetical order whatsoever. Glad they ended up somewhere but I would have never known unless I did some serious digging.
I had a great experience with everyone who was working the event and absolutely love my pictures. However I had a lot of problems with the website and it was really frustrating. I thought it was just me being me but I talked to a couple other people and they were having the same problems.
Pics on stage were awful. And too busy of a back ground for the stand alone pics

I did not take senior photos so I was more than greatful for your service. All of the pictures that were taken were beautiful and organic. I belive if I had taken professional senior portraits, they would not have turned out as nice. You all captured the true me. Thank you for my memories.
The quality of the picture.

I placed an order on January 1st. I realized shortly after I made a mistake with my purchase so I immediately reached out to the customer service email. I never heard anything back. I wasted $60 for nothing.
