no need to make things right, but several of the photos of our daughter with her advisor had part of her advisor's head cut out of the picture. Those photos were really unusable because of this.

The order process was a bit overwhelming but I managed. However, I reached out to ask a question and it's been about 2 weeks with no response. I purchased 6 digital photos and was happy with all but 1 of the images. I realize that the copyright must be there but my last image was blurry once I got it and I could not tell that from the proof. I would just at least like to have a response. The pictures were not very good. I know when I have taken pictures in the past the photographer will take them from a higher angle. It helps with the double chin look. If the pictures had come out better I probably would have purchased more of them.
Pictures were good cut off center
The auto text was spell wrong and the team never responded to my email. I caught the mistake, but I know other classmates did not and will probably be upset when they realize this.
The pictures quality and easy buy
Photos I selected weren’t delivered as shown online. Sent a wrap messages back no response. Worse yet they are all digital photos. Waste of my money

The pictures were incredibly amazing, however the price for what I order was way too much; and I am disappointed to hay what i ordered did not have measurements in the website so I ordered it thinking it was going to be a regular size, it came out way to small, but like I said the pictures were amazing, I just think the cost for getting the pictures is too much and it’s considered “student price” but honestly not worth buying, Amazon has cheaper prices for better quality and size if we’re being honest. Thank you tho
I received the wrong images and was unable to get a response despite the multiple emails and phone calls requesting assistance. I ended up going through ALL the photos of the event, 71 pages, over 1300 graduates. Once I received the images, I requested that two be touched up, I was unhappy with the work done and requested the original images as they look really poorly done. I NEVER received them. This was a really important day for me, my family wasn't able to attend because we are not American so these pictures were very important. I paid 169usd for this awful service.
I would never recommend this company.
My pictures were not good at all. The lighting was awful and asking that much money for a print is insane when the pictures aren’t even good.

Arm and a leg for a single photo.
The photos are blurry. The face is blurry, you can’t even read the school name on the diploma, it’s so unfocused. For a “professional” photographer shooting multiple still portraits in a row, one after another, one might think that having the proper focus dialed in is a no brainer. Extremely disappointed in photo quality. Will probably reenact and retake a photo at home with my iPhone and get better quality.

I message the email and called the number to complain about my damaged photos and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. My photos arrived bent super bad. I would like my order resent. But couldn’t get a hold of anyone

User friendly website, it was easy to use
I paid extra money to have "lines and wrinkles" blurred. There isn't much difference, if any, between the original picture and the "edited" one. Disappointed that my neck lines weren't blurred or smoothed, which was considered part of the process. There was no where for me to be able to specify that when I made the purchase.
