It would be great to have a photo of them actually receiving their diploma.

Pictures/downloads were a bit pricey. Pictures don't cost that much, but companies are putting a huge mark up on them. Also, photographer should've had graduates move the tassel for the picture.

Very clear pictures and received them much earlier than promised
If the purpose of your pictures is to obtain graduates receiving their degree, more than one picture should be offered to the buyer. I had to buy a picture with my daughters eyes closed, because it was the only option provided.

I haven’t gotten an update on the shipping or tracking the shipping of my photo to the UAE when I placed the order more than 4 weeks ago.

Having action shots as they are happening along with still shots . That is a nice touch.

Making Choices, navigating packages, adding different sizes, etc... all very confusing
My son's graduation pictures were TERRIBLE!!! Also, they were cropped different from the original issue, depending on the size. I did not touch the cropping! TERRIBLY disappointed as these are the only graduation pictures I have for this son. His high school graduation was during COVID so there was no graduation!
I had to check on an order. Rep treated me very well.

The photos turned out great.
The photo came folded, I ordered one 8x10 photograph printed , but it came damaged , and folded. I won’t recommend anyone to order print from them. Photos are good, so downloading it and printing by yourself is a better option than ordering it from them because they don’t care
