I just felt like the photos were VERY overpriced. The backgrounds looked super fake.
I ordered 2 sets of pictures. I have yet to receive the 2nd set. And getting in touch with someone regarding the issue has been a challenge.

The pictures were blurry and I either got a super close up picture that cut off her degree, or I got one that was so far back it had so much background “noise.” I ordered the close up picture, but definitely am not satisfied with it.
I unexpectedly lost my mom less than two weeks before graduation. As a result, I was in a mental fog at the ceremony. The images that were captured helped me to go back later and reflect on the monumental moment of walking across the stage. Thank you.

Photos looked great on the website. The magnet that we ordered has been edited beyond recognition. It appears as if a preset/ filter was added to sharpen the eyes but soften the skin. It looks like my son is wearing heavy mascara and that he and the president gained 200 pounds. The under eye softening removed all detail from his face.

Overall experience was good, I appreciated that you had photographers throughout graduation and a station for taking photos prior to receiving our degree, and the process for identifying ourselves was quite easy and appreciated. Having received my photos, I find that they are rather grainy and lacking the quality I think I expected from professional photographs. Overall, happy with the experience and appreciate you being there to capture this moment, just wished the final product was a little better.

I would prefer to have the photos back before rating The Grad Team but the ordering process was easy and I was impressed by the poses that we were given to choose from.
All the pictures arrived in a paper envelope and when I got them out of the mailbox the envelope was wet. Inside the envelope the pictures were all wet. It might have been nice to send the pictures in a better quality weather proof packaging.
