My photo receiving my diploma is very blurry. Looks very low quality.
I did not get all pictures taken of me. Some of the quality was poor
I thought the pricing was a little high based on the images.
The pictures I received don't show the diploma completely - in a anything smaller than the 11x14 (or whatever the bigger picture option was) cuts the diploma off in the middle - so you don't even see where he graduated from unless you get the background with the CSP logo.
The photos were very expensive. Also, many others and I had no clue that the pictures the photographers were taking of us would be available through your platform.
When I received the digital images, I expressed my disappointment in the image of my graduate in front of Gunter Hall as the background includes an obvious flaw when blown up to a size for display but was not discernible on the tiny proof with streaming copyright label floating around. I feel like I got ripped off for one third of my purchase.
Then to have zero acknowledgment of my complaint (much less an offer to correct the image or refund or exchange) further cemented my opinion.
I would have liked some 4×6 photos. And the photos were a bit overpriced.
The UI could be a little more user friendly.
The price for an individual print is too high for the quality provided. The photos are high contrast and low quality there is no even tone to them. My daughter looks so much darker than what she is, as if she had gotten a tan before her photos, and she DID NOT. I've taken photos with my iPhone that printed better than this. For the occasion and the cost of the photo, I would expect a better quality. Highly disappointed and feel as if it is a rip-off because you all know these photos are precious memories and family will want them, so you give mediocre results for a high price. In one of the pictures, the angle taken is horrible, when shaking the hand of the president and receiving her diploma, instead of being at an even angle, they are below her, which does not look great. I regret this purchase and hope the rest of my children never have their photos taken by this company ever again.
Very expensive picture and the material is very cheap even the wood piece
I paid 35$ for 1 8x10 of me graduating. A picture that costs less than 2$ to take and print. My face is super red for no reason (all the other ones my parents took aren’t red) and the picture isn’t even a full body shot. I only got a picture because I didn’t have a choice since I did want at least one of me on the stage.
What I liked about your product was the pictures we're crisp and clear.
I like that the people reply back very fast and that they give me what I asked for on a timely manner. I really like texting and that was very convenient for me. They also reply back fast on email as well, which is good too. Very professional staff and everyone is great at what they do.
I never really do reviews, but i really enjoyed my time and also recommended my fiance to take his graduation photos when he is ready. His school is university of Baltimore County (UMBC) I feel like yall should go to that school as well because they don't have someone like yall to take their graduation photos. And it sucks because most of the people there use their phones to do it and call it a day
