I did not like the paid for retouching and requested the unretouched images, with no response. Paid hundreds of dollars for bad pictures with bad editing.
The prices were insanely expensive, and I paid extra for an obvious hair to be removed; nothing was changed in the final image.
The pictures were really expensive when they did not have good lighting or color correction. In other words, the pictures did not look professional, except for the one taken after walking on stage. I think it is the price what upset me the most because I did not think one picture was worth that much, so I bought two other pictures.
Coffee mug took a very long time to receive. Photos were received promptly and are of decent quality. Overall, not an almost $100 value.

The pictures in line going in to the auditorium did not really have Chris as a focal point - there were numerous other people in the pictures.
I paid over $80 for one image. The only image that I liked from the set.
Granted, I like this picture and I wanted it for my future. I paid extra to have the image touched up as someone else's tassle slightly obscures my face. It wasn't fixed and I just got the regular image. I emailed customer service twice and got no response.
Can you fix the image or not? Am I expected to do that?
