Customer service is a lost art at most locations. General RV made sure I had a great experience from the time I walked in until the time I pulled out. Andrea escorted me to the different associates I needed to meet with to purchase my travel trailer. Thanks to Luke, Andrea, Lexi, John, and Trevor for such a wonderful experience.
