My entire General RV service experience was excellent - from Bonnie my Service Advisor who is very experienced and a pleasure to work with - to the body shop that completed an under-hood repair and Eddie the service tech who personally went through all elements of the repair work he General RV delivered the coach washed and detailed.

Jeremy made the day go smoothly while being honest about the possible wait time needed to get my work into service. I was pleasantly surprised at how soon it was completed. The only negative was missing the bap I was expecting to get in your lounge area. I also appreciate the friendly service technicians and the patience they have while helping me understand the work they perform. That’s an observation from prior visits. Jeremy did a good job this trip explaining the work needed.

My only feedback is to make sure the camper is thoroughly cleaned prior to delivery. There was screws, wood shavings, etc in the master bedroom from an add on I paid for. Additionally, the floor throughout the camper was very dirty. My son’s feet were black after walking barefoot.
