Great service associate, she was very nice and helpful. I do feel that the location of the new construction is too close for a decent service area, as a customer I could barely be in there for minutes as they were banging a hammer on metal. I could not imagine the grief this is causing the general rv workers.

First class facilities
From walking in to driving away we couldn't have been happier. Jeff was extremely helpful in finding us not the camper we came in for, but the camper we were looking for and stayed within our budget. The extras that were thrown in were amazing and Mike, our hands on tech took all the extra time to show, demonstrate and answer all of our questions. We don't have a bad thing to say about our experience.
GRV solved my issues and I am very pleased.
Over all my sales man Eli has been great he was able to help me when no one else was able to. I would say the wait time at the time of walk through was extremely long. We waited 2 hours after we arrived for our first walk through and then after we waited another 2 hours for the finance guy.
They were very patient with us having to wait to get our old motorhome back, so we could trade it in
