Overall, each of the team was very helpful, and wanted a win-win result. That’s what we got! They accommodated our requests with a compromise, and we negotiated with a compromise. Everyone was so very nice to my husband and I. They were all very helpful. Our salesman Mike showed us campers with the things in them that we told him we were looking for. He showed us some that were on sale. The one we picked was an amazing price. Then Phyllis was so very kind and helpful to us in the finance department. Also Mike who took us through the walk through when we came back was very kind and helpful. Everyone else that we met was also kind and helpful. We will for sure refer Wixom General RV to others. Everyone we worked with were very friendly and professional. From the camper show staff to the office personnel (Tammy) we felt validated and comfortable. We especially appreciated Samantha’s friendly nature and expertise as she thoroughly explained every facet of our new trailer. I would definitely recommend General RV to anyone looking to invest in a new trailer or motorhome. This is our third camper and third company we have dealt with. General RV has by far been the best.
