The people are really kind and helpful and thorough. I felt like I was a celebrity and not just because I was buying a trailer. I also like all the services they offer and left feeling comfortable and confidant knowing they had helped me cover all my bases.
It was pretty fast and the staff were very pleasant to work with. I went in on a Saturday for the first time. Took my new camper home the following Monday. I also had a clear understanding of the camper and how to use everything from the hitch setup through the whole camper on how to use everything it has. The camper was cleaned inside and out. Hooked up to electrical and water before I showed up. Every person I worked with every step of the way explained all the questions I had very clearly. They all made me feel very comfortable as well as my wife.
We’re friendly, easy to work with, willing to work with ya, only thing is that they need to pay more attention to detail making sure everything is up to par, make sure everything is cleaned from being manufactured as does the factory itself, double check to make sure everything is right, all working components and accessories
Keith, Dee, Ashley are the best. This is the 6th trailer we have purchased and every time has been great experience. Robert delivery supervisor is so good all information he has is so great, he has been so helpful

I loved how these guys went out of there way to deal with some in hitching problems that I had so that I could take delivery of my new Brinkley rv . Instead of brushing me aside and leaving me to try and figure it out on my own; they got their mechanics, sales rep, It seemed like everyone that worked their at the moment came out to help figure out this problem I had. Very informative on the walk through as well. As well as explaining how servicing the rv works. Not to mention the deal they gave me for the rv I couldn’t resist. These guys here actually know what they’re doing and you can tell. A well organized dealership. I give them 5 stars any day

We loved every bit of the process of buying our RV through General RV. Every person we worked with was wonderful. They were so helpful in helping us make a decision as to which rv would work best for us and there was absolutely no pressure at all. Once we decided on our RV the walk through process was so helpful in learning as much as we could about the RV before taking it home. The gentleman that did our financing really helped us understand what was available for us and we felt like he honestly had our best interest at heart. Would HIGHLY recommend General RV to anyone looking for an RV.

Very impressive.....I highly recommend coming here. The staff is amazing, the service they go above and beyond to help you. We purchased our 2026 Alliance Delta 25RL on 08/22/2026 and absolutely love it. They fixed any issues before we even left with the camper.
