Heather was out rep. in the service dept. We could not ask for a more sincere responsive person. She gave us weekly updates on the progress with our coach. She went above and beyond with her interactions with Grand Design on our behalf.

I was greeted, offered water, cookies. I was invited to use the vending area. After the service was completed, I was walked to my parked RV. Everyone was happy to see me. Andrew is a valuable member of the team. He was training a new man who appears to working well. I will miss this when I leave the area.

We are returning customers to General RV. This visit was another great experience when we did a trade in and purchased our new 5th Wheel trailer. Our patient and very knowledgeable salesman, Brett, listened to our needs and found multiple options to help us narrow it down to the perfect model. Steven helped us find some great numbers on the new unit and our trade in to meet our needs, and Weston went above and beyond finding us a great financing option to fit our budget. The 3-D printed RV was also a great touch! For our pick up date, we spent time with Vanessa with a fun conversation about vacations and Wyatt showed us all the features to make sure we were ready to go. I will continue to recommend General RV to anyone looking for great service, great options and friendly employees. Thank you!

We got our rig inspected quickly as a “walk in”. The water system was tested, issues resolved, and we were shown the correct valve positions for winterizing and dewinterizing. It was all done quickly and professionally.
