Absolutely phenomenal service. Sara Fuger was extremely thorough when I brought my 2026 Brinkley G3950 in for warranty work. She made a list of all things needing to be addressed. Labeled them with tape to verify that her techs wouldn’t forget and wrote everything up. She stayed in close contact during the diagnosis and warranty repairs regarding timing, problems that were diagnosed and worked closely with me to make sure all things were addressed. Everyone treated me extremely fair and kindly. I’ve purchased a lot of toys, trucks and cars over the years and this level of service is matched by very few.
My only regret was that I didn’t buy the RV from them to start. I won’t make that mistake again in the future. I will buy there from now on.

They took the time to diagnose a problem with the floor of my Airstream. Other repair centers (including an Airstream dealer) guessed and quoted me much higher prices to make repairs that would have failed in the same way the original floor was failing. The techs at General RV showed us what the problem was and created a solution. Thank you!!
