We came from canada in the fall and just stopped in to have a look. First contact was with Brady he sold us the rv also dealt with Trey, Tom, Andrea, Maria, Oscar and so many others i cant remember their names. They were all so professional and polite. Thanks a bunch. Will definitely recommend this RV center.

Answered all my questions and very friendly staff.They gave me a tour of the RV and showed me how everything worked. I never had a 5th wheel and they showed me how to hook it up and gave me a few tips that were helpful. Looking forward to logging many miles and memories with my new RV.

What did you like about your experience with General RV?

I am currently very satisfied with the service of the seller and the financing person. After signing my papers for my financing on February 14, 2026, they proceeded to the walk thruu in which some deficiencies of items provided by the manufacturer were found and it was agreed to fix them and provide them before being picked up. Then I passed again on March 14, 2026 and some other deficiencies and equipment of it were found when inspecting it, For this reason today, March 19, they called me that everything is ready and a particular horn of the RV WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL the next 2 weeks and that they will send it directly to me. And I consider that a full month is enough time to have obtained such a simple article. I will go through your facilities again to pick up the Rv. I need to request that this time be honored at the financing level and I request that the bank that financed me be called so that it runs the day I start paying my Rv since it has never left its facilities.

I look forward to a prompt response.

Palm Beach RV is where I bought my travel trailer RV. Now General RV Service & parts departments have continued to be helpful and responsive to me keeping it in good condition. Andrew in service & Jorge in Part are always polite & make a concerted effort make sure my needs and requests are taken care.
