I brought my camper van in for winterization and upon inspection realized some things weren’t done as requested. I contacted my Service Consultant, Taylor Brooks, and the problems were resolved immediately. Thank you Taylor! You don’t always get quality service after making a big RV purchase but I can say General RV Clarkston hits the mark.

There was many things I liked about General RV and we are happy we bought our Travel Trailer from them however the experience of going over the new trailer was quite a let down and lack of much needed information and support. Otherwise the General RV team was extremely helpful.
They took care of our problem in a timely manner and were very good at explaining things. We left happy.

It was quick
Sales person was very knowledgeable. I really like I could just take the Rpod in for a repair with needing an appointment especially since I only had it for a few days and the refrigerator doesn’t work. It still isn’t fixed but taking back in tomorrow to hopefully figure out what’s wrong since we haven’t been able to take it camping yet to try it out. Service department is great so far.

Every employee is very nice and knowledgeable. Every time we go to General Rv we are treated great. The service department has the best mechanics that take pride in what they do. You feel safe in your Rv when you leave. A special shout out to Andrew Currier in service and Mike Chobak sales manager they are excellent. I’ve been coming here for 8 years with my rv’s and this team at Huntley General Rv are the best!
