I got the full customer experience. I am an employee of General RV in the office. I don't always see the service side of things. I was very happy with the attention I received by Megan. She went over my coach with me and understood the work I wanted done. Kevin was wonderful and explained to me what the fix was for my camper and why it was the best course of action. Dave the porter was so helpful. He helped me unhook. Asked me if I needed propane or water. When It was time to go. Dave made sure I was safely hooked up and checked to make sure I was safe to go back on the road home.
Our main slide would not extend while on the road in Louisiana. We called and scheduled an appointment with the Ocala store. Brought the motorhome in at the appointed time to our outstanding service advisor, Tracy Howlle. It was checked out and Justin quickly discovered a switch that was wired incorrectly that fried the wiring and fuse. Everything replaced and we were out in three hours. Fabulous service!

My experiences with General RV have been pleasant. I feel General RV is very considerate, polite, professional and listens to the customer. They communicate well and provide solutions.
Jerry and Clint were happy to spend as much time as needed to answer all my questions and discuss pros and cons of the units I was considering. They had a lot of tips from their own experiences. Troy was great to work with in finishing up the paperwork. Service was amazing in taking care of my last minute add-ons, on a Friday afternoon no less.
After I lit a fire under them they got my repair completed and got me back on the road!
The service manager Thomas Hartman is by far the greatest thing about GRV Huntley Il.
He actually cares about the customer and will do everything he can to fix the problem. He has been such a warrior for us as we have had some major problems with the unit we purchased. He has been with us every step of the way.
Everyone is eager to help from the girls up Fri t when you walk in, to the people who run the parts counter. The people in the parts department went out of their way to find us the parts that we needed. Very pleased
Saw Chuck for the first time and I thought he did a fantastic job explaining what he found and explained the way fix what he found! Called back today to make an appointment for tomorrow to drop off my trailer for needed repairs. I really liked to straight forward conversation and his approach.
Amanda’s communications and follow ups, she truly cared and turned my expectations around given the rumors you hear out there. Alex in parts department is also great. Both of them are outstanding, I as of right now if I need help with my rig, I will return for sure. Thx
