Personal, friendly knowledgeable. I will say the one in my Clemens is do much better than the one near Ocala Florida. I had to have a window replaced paid for the window no one informed me that I owed for labor . If I would have known it was going to cost that much I would have waited till we got home.
Needless to say inform your customers verbally total cost. Not just signs I nor my husband did not notice the sign till after it was pointed out to us after the job

Besides that I would highly recommend General Trailer

Adam Staton, our salesman, was very professional but also personable. He understood our needs, wants and limitations. He made the entire experience fun.

Although General RV is a large organization the staff were helpful on a personal level.

Very helpful and fair pricing. We are RVer’s for 6 years and dealt with a different dealer for 4 different rv’s. This other dealer were not as helpful even after all those purchases. Our friends who have bought several rv’s from General suggested we talk to Laura Robertson at the Ft.Pierce store. We did and the GM Robert and Asst GM Don were helpful in our purchase. Laura is certainly a great asset to General. And Robert and Don could teach a class to other managers from that other store on how to not only sell a rv but more importantly customer service. Jim and Terry from Delivery helped tremendously on delivery day. We live 140 miles away and needed to complete the closing and then transfer our personal belongings from the trade-in to our new rv.
I will certainly recommend General RV to friends and family.
