Dale was very helpful when it came to delivery. He went above and beyond to help us hook up and get the 5th wheel on the road. He even reached out to check on us/the camper after a couple days to ensure everything worked out. Tony had a great attitude and had great communication when looking to buy. Solomon was great to work with finance wise. He helped make it an easy process. Worked with what I needed/wanted.
Quick prompt service. We called with an issue, not expecting for them to be able to get us in. But they had us bring our camper right now and took care of the problem we were in and out in less than an hour.

I called in about an air vent cover i was having a hard time finding and spoke with Paul, the parts manager. He assured me he had the correct cover I needed without additional parts I already had and quoted a very competitive price. When I arrived at the dealership, Paul remebered who I was and what I needed. He showed me the cover and the necessary attachment parts and explained in detail how to install it. His friendly manner and the time he took to make sure I knew how to do it stood out. He was most kind and courteous. I'm confident he would treat anyone I referred to General RV the same way. Great customer service!

All the staff from sales to reception to FI and especially service Nick and team and the mechanic who worked on my rig very professional and polite and explain everything so you understand what’s going on with your rig.
