Rob, who did our walk thru, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave exactly the amount of time and detail that we needed, to feel truly confident when driving our new fifth wheel away! The clerk and technician both went out of their way to help me. Only reason 9 and not 10 was tech missed a small idea that after talking to tech, I found this idea online and it solved my problem.

Tony did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process and with the warranty work that needed to be done. The previous service center didn't complete the work correctly to stop the leak and General RV was able to get it done right!

Very friendly staff. I had given up trying to find propane. In a moment of desperation I called General RV as a last resort. The lady I talked with said they had some. I was able to buy to new bottles and fill my camper’s bottle. I will not forget the help. I will be coming back.
