I was not as pleased with the person that went over the unit with us of course it was getting ready to rain so we had very little time to go over a lot of it.

The unit has some problems that I think if they would’ve really went through the unit before they delivered it they would’ve found, but they’re small things that I can get fixed when I get home

We were first time buyers and he was more than happy to baby step us through every part and feature we had questions about. He never made us feel pressured, so much so that when we visited another dealership in our shopping around they just did not compare to the great care and the knowledge that Loyle gave and shared. I would highly recommend General Rv to do all my repairs.
I was first customer since they started servicing Alliance Rv.
Tracy was kind courteous and very professional.
She went through a lot of red tape in order to achieve my repair.
She’s go to women now she knows high rank individuals at Alliance to get things done smoothly.
I was traveling from California to Florida and my fresh water tank fell to the ground when I was traveling through New Mexico.
I found out this was a recall.
Made it to Florida beginning of April and
been stuck here in Florida for 5 months.
I don’t blame General Rv they did best they could to resolve my issues.
I can’t leave out people answering phone because they were always kind cheerful and helpful.
I tried calling coperate office numerous times to praise service I was receiving in Flolrida location,and left my contact information for them to call me back.But never got response back.
With that being said thanks General tesm for getting me back on the road.

There new addition is outstanding.
