Garret our salesman & Corey our finance dude went above and beyond. We purchased a new travel trailer in August. Hadn't even made the first payment when hurricane Ian destroyed it. We worked with them on the first trailer and as soon as we got the word it was a total loss, we came right back to General RV and these two guys just bent over backwards to get us a new unit. We live in Arcadia Florida and it's well worth the drive to buy from General. Thanks guys!
