It was a great experience from Sales person to delivery coordinator to demo and service tech took his time to show me how to hook up 5th wheel hitch being first timer. The. FI guy Jesse did a great job helping my wife and I to protect our new Rig. The badges and red carpet was awesome did not expect that. Staff is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable and didn’t mind helping us figure out the mystery behind our brake issue.

Upon arrival, my rv is gone over to check for any problems. I was then advised of the problem. The problem was taken care of, along with the recall. The other recall has not been taken care of yet due to Winnebago not having a solution. The only thing I would recommend is that the customers advisor come around more often to advise of the progress.

Our salesman Cody Kincaid listened to what we really wanted in an RV and was very patient with our concerns and answered all of our questions, knowing that our needs were met with the first RV we purchased in 2021, we knew upgrading and going back to General RV was our best choice and they didn't disappoint. We had our repair done at brownstown. Between our service rep Tonia, and the tech , Troy, we had a very good experience. Unfortunately the number of hours it actually took to figure out the problem was far more than they will reimbursed for. But they persevered and finally found the underlying issue.
