General RV has gone above and beyond with some Warranty issues I’ve had with my Sprinter Van. Bonnie is my service advisor and she has been great. She keeps me up to date with all aspects of my vans progress. I highly recommend General RV.

Very friendly and helpful
Brandon Hurst did a good job to get my RV in and repaired in a timely manner. This was an ongoing warranty issue that has been repaired several times. It was an intermittent problem which is why it was hard to diagnose. Although I was frustrated with the multiple repairs on the same item, it seems that it is now taken care of and Brandon did his best to minimize my out of pocket cost.
On the down side it is very tough to get my unit in for service as far as dropping off and picking up as both required appointments and this unfavorable for me to do during the day as I lose a lot of work time to accomplish this. I would prefer a scheduled night drop as was available before.
They went to bat for me against the manufacturer. Also when a problem happened at pick up, several service techs and managers worked out a solution to get me on the road. Thank you everyone!
