We had an AC that wasn’t working and worked with service agent, Greg. Domestic made us come in for a “tech” to confirm but the 2nd trip, Greg got us in and out so we could keep camping as we were heading out west the next day! Thanks Greg!

We received wonderful service from all departments Daniel was an amazing sales rep got us into a wonderful camper and took all the hassle out of shopping. Sof put in some amazing work to make sure we were able to leave with our dream RV and kept us informed on everything as the process went on everything went so smooth couldn't have been happier. Ryan did an amazing job teaching us about our RV and showing us all the do's and don'ts of the RV life all together we could not have been happier.

Everyone I ran into was polite and knowledgeable.
I spoke to Service Representative Lori Green who understood my problem and worked with me and my schedule to get me in ASAP to resolve my problem quickly. The Service Technician was knowledgeable and very polite in answering all of my questions. I hope I don’t need any repairs soon, but when I do I will contact General RV again.

I liked the fact that we were not pressured into doing anything we didn’t want to do. That made the whole buying experience a lot easier. Service center got me in on short notice to look at battery charging concerns for our Nova Coachmen Class b. They were willing to listen and take my concerns seriously. Load tested each house battery to verify they were good. Adjusted charging parameters and provided good advice on operation and loading. Friendly staff.

Extremely attentive people, whether or not they were on my Purchase Team!
When I fell and needed medical attention they had a driver take me to a hospital. The next day, after surgery, they volunteered to pick me up even though I had been transferred to a Tampa Hospital 25 miles away!
I had some complicated requests while I was in Hospital; the staff recorded my specific requests in detail, so when I returned from the Hospital all the requests had been handled! Bravo!

They were very easy to work with and answered all of my questions and concerns.
