We are starting to have our concerns about the service department however. Our contact there is Shannon. We took our 2018 HR in under the KYC program with several issues. We went through the list of our issues carefully with her and left for while the work was being taken care of. We received a call with “good news” our inverter was not bad, and the batteries were fully charged. We asked did you run the generator when checking it and the answer was yes. We asked to hook up to shore power. We did so and the inverter went nuts, indicating that the inverter was indeed bad. They wound up taking it out of the circuit and we are waiting on a replacement. 5 hours later we were back at our campsite. If they had just taken that final step of hooking to shore power before calling us with the “good news” it would have saved a lot of time.

The salesperson, Megan, couldn’t be more helpful and patient. She was not pushy and very pleasant to deal with. A real pleasure doing business with a knowledgeable and understanding salesperson.

Salesman, Mike Waggoner, was savvy to what we were looking for and did not attempt to exceed our price range. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Did not try to lowball me on my trade in. Fair and professional. Overall a great experience. Kudos to all involved. I would shop here again!

Shirley was fantastic as was her husband and Jason Smith and the other gentleman that helped us with the jack information and Charles, He was nice too. Charles solved our problems prior to us knowing we had problems and offered a solution on the spot.
The walk through was very thorough and they took their time in each phase of the process. I never felt like I was being rushed out of there. With that said, be prepared to be there a good portion of the day because they were behind and there was a lot of waiting in between steps. I feel like maybe during those times it would be beneficial to cross train some of the sales associates to assist to keep the process moving for everyone. Overall, I was very pleased though and thus far am happy that we decided to make a purchase through them.
Mine was a warranty service experience. My service advisor, Tracy, was helpful, listened carefully, documented everything we discussed. And she followed through. The drive to Ocala is a 160-mile round trip, so coming there for service is not something I take lightly. The completed work appears to have been done right. I will have one more trip up there, as some warranty parts were still on order. My expectation is that these final repairs will also be top notch.
Mike, our salesperson, was terrific. He was very knowledgeable about the unit we were considering. He made us feel comfortable while taking our time to make a big financial decision. Happy we bought from General RV and specifically from Mike.

Quick and easy

Joel was wonderful considerate fixed my RV after lightning strike.Took wonderful care check everything alot of damage. Should have more like him.
Bonnie was wonderful also helped me with Ford dealership in Brandon as well. Feel like family after almost 3 months. Can't say enough good things about about your staff checking in for service.
