What I liked about General RV was the personnel. I didn’t meet one person that didn’t treat me nice and I really appreciate that. I had to wait a long time one time and they knew it and so they gave me a little extra discount on some parts I was by the make up for the time that I had to wait I thought that was really nice of them. That was the Parts manager, but everybody was real nice. I can’t say enough about them about being treated so nicely!

Not only did they promptly assist us, but they also replaced a slider topper that would typically take 6-8 weeks to obtain. We had the pleasure of working with Chris in the service department. Travis helped us out in a jam while we were in a road trip. He got us a new spare tire and covers on the spot. We were in and out back on the road in an hour! Awesome guy!
