Cal was very interested in having our issues resolved and had the work done in a timely manner
the experience was good once they got the things I ordered sometimes its hard to get a hold of someone in the department you wish to speak to . I know they are busy but 48 hrs is to long if you need help right away . The other thing is that things are right costly to have work done.
We recently purchased our 2025 Montana High Country from Pat Higgins with the help of Jarod Swinhard. Both of these guys were so very helpful and knowledgeable in their departments.
Pat definitely listens to what his customers want/need and steered us in the right direction with several perfect RV’s to choose from, explained the differences, etc. Very pleasant experience.
The only downside was waiting for the cleaning crew to finish cleaning the camper the day of delivery.
Trevor takes good care of me. The recall was done faster than expected.

The speed and ease of the purchase. I don’t like aggressive sales tactics and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of everyone involved. If I had one complaint, it would be my interaction with the male at the parts counter. He was the first person I encountered when I entered through the service entrance. I needed help that apparently did not fall under his job description. He made it very evident that I was bothering him by his demeanor. He was fairly rude and dismissive, how dare I bother him with such a mundane thing. Overall I appreciate the good experience and a big thanks for to Terry who did my walkthrough and Sara who made every effort to help me during my time there.
