Very fast service reasonable on pricing

When I went too go pick up my trailer and doing the walk around with my service rep Natalia there was something that wasn’t quite done and it was about the time for everybody to go home for the evening. She made sure that it was resolved before I left and the guys in the shop make sure it was done before they went home that really meant a lot it took about an hour or so to fix the problem and they made sure it was done

Justin went out of his way to find and correct problems in my RV. His ability to communicate with the customer is second to none and he always does so with a smile on his face. Brett, the GM, cares greatly about his customers and making sure that there experience with General RV is a positive experience.

Personal attention

Jeff Vanduyn did a great job working with me to get our motorhome fixed, after a deer accident. I was impressed with how General RV fixed my motorhome in a very timely manner. I was expecting it to be fall before I could get it back, but they finished it by August 15th. I was very pleased with how it looked after being fixed. A great job.

They were extremely patient. We were waiting for Ins. to pay off our old camper that was totaled from an accident. They held a camper for us for almost a whole month. Everyone I talked with, but had to deal with me was so nice and so patient. Both salesman and and my finance guy worked above and beyond, and sometimes on their days off. We could not have asked for a nicer group of people.
