The knowledge of the service coordinator was excellent. I think the service rates are very expensive if I didn’t have a warranty and you are penslized if you didn’t buy there.
The service dept. Is great. My service mgr. Amanda is very knowledgeable and has Solutions to all my questions. She is very fluid at her job. I look fwd to seeing her at each visit. The team work is amazing too. Very Happy to be a General RV customer.
Friendly staff. This was the 2nd Motor Home we purchased from General RV Wixom.
Jordan kept us informed of the status of the part coming in from Thor and was able to adjust our appointment to get the part installed and not impact our camping time! The process was easy and took less time than then estimated. We were very happy with the whole process. We love having the staff at General RV to guide us in the warranty process… especially since we are newbies!

The new location in Fort Pierce, Florida is a great improvement over the temporary location. they previously had in the area. Their two new service managers Spencer and Jason are very professional, very knowledgeable and make their customers feel like they’re dealing with someone who cares about them. I think they will make great improvements in the service department over the previous management. Their personnel in parts and sales are also a pleasure to deal with.

The entire operation seemed thorough. The personnel from every department were excellent, and they made us feel like part of the “family.” And we feel like we got a good deal!
Fast service and friendly staff. They got our coach in quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it properly. The communication was excellent and timely. Add the fact that this was warranty work and we bought the coach at a dealership in Arizona and they have earned a customer for sure!
