The customer service that Nik provided from the parts department was excellent. She took the time to listen to what I needed. Confirm the address a couple of times and just did a great job in making it happen. She is doing a great job and Iā€™m very grateful for her help because of that I will continue to shop at General RV Birch run.

I walked in without appointment to talk with service about a warranty matter and was immediately connected up with Jeremy, who was an incredible help. He was able together me scheduled into the shop within 2 days and then was able to also get my wheel bearing repacked on the same visit, saving me driving time from Schoolcraft. Extremely happy with how things were handled.
