Very nice and got me in and out!! Parts lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about your products and the young man that took pictures for the parts department to see what max air covers was very nice.!! Ohh and the service writer was very nice and easy to talk too. It seems like a happy family there.

What did you like about your experience with General RV?

My wife and I had a very pleasant and great experience. Everyone at the shop was very nice thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with our purchase and the way we were treated. Moving forward I would highly recommend going there to experience the same experience that we received. Adam was a great sales guy a great person to talk to and very understanding to the wants and needs that we expressed to him and did not waste our time showing us unwanted material. If we are lucky enough to purchase another RV, we would definitely go through him. Tennille showcased our new RV flawlessly. Took the time and made sure we understood what she was explaining. Everyone else was very nice and it was a joy spending the time there.

Shawn Roby is a top notch service advisor, I have had a great experience every time I call, or deal with him since I purchased my unit in 2021. Very professional, caring, honest!!!! We love General RV s service team.
