Overall, it was a good experience! We were told things would be moved from our old camper to the new one, and they were not. It was pouring the day we were picking up our new RV. We never received our saddle bags from the old camper sway bar system!

The Maintenace shop staff was very helpful and explained our issues. they took extra time to make sure we understood the effected systems and what repairs they completed and why.

No matter what business you’re in sometimes there’s problems and if the company is willing to fix the problems then that is a great company.

Greg Ouimet, who we purchased 3 trailers from, is a professional who cares about his customers. It seems that is the way General operates.
Only downside is the high labor rates and time allotted for repairs...

The service rep was very accommodating to the fact I live 1 hr away and meet with me after hours. Everything was repaired.

My only problem, is when someone says they will be there at a certain time, it’s three hours later , the employees where the rubber meets the road are great and attentive

The whole experience was great! Our sales rep, Dustin, was a great listener who really assisted with finding the right RV for us! Our finance assistance with Mo was great! He has such great energy that he was very entertaining. He kept a boring process stay engaging... and Erika... she was awesome!! She was right there with us for our walk through and reached out to others when she didn't have the answer to our questions. Let's not forget our tech team!! They were amazing... worked so hard to install our fifth wheel hitch and have our truck ready to tow same day!! Service department is always well organized and efficient.

Kayte Houtz is extremely helpful and makes everything go smoothly. Jason is also great and "Tiny" is a great tech, knows his stuff and does great work. Overall, everyone does a great job and makes sure things are fixed right and provide great customer service.
The place we bought our last 5th wheel could not be bothered after the sale.
