After the initial unit disclosed some issues that would require a lengthy repair time the staff at the Ashland Va General RV quickly located a different unit. Outstanding customer service! Jimmy the sales manager helped find a replacement camper and Lisa and Mike from the delivery team were great!

Aren’t dealerships basically all the same. I’ve so far had a good experience with the dealership with the exception of some issues that happened when I first brought it home, but they’ve made them all right.

Very helpful. We are a returning customer. Our sales rep was easy to work with. Very responsive. Found the exact model I wanted and had it shipped to our chosen location. All the staff and service reps were very thorough helpful knowledgeable and friendly.

General RV sales team did a very good job at selling and delivering my RV. I found them to be helpful and accommodating to the process. Even though there were a few “bumps in the road “ they responded and made things right. Service and parts personnel were on the spot to get me on my way with a new RV.

The staff of the Mt. Clemens General RV are very polite, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful from the guys at the front desk all the way to our salesperson, Carla Carlson, The finance person, Solomon, was great all the way to the service department. Working with this crew was the best. They went above and beyond my expectations!

Keven and Dave were easy to deal with making us very comfortable with our purchase process. The only down side was the delivery process.
We were told to expect our new Rv by 10:30am.
We ended up ready with our trade off the site.so
We sat in the rain until 4::30 pm we understand
