We had a great experience with Kelly at General RV! We stopped in to look around and see what floor plans we liked. Kelly was great, thorough, transparent, and zero pressure! We haven’t had the camper long enough to be 100% sure, but we felt like General RV was willing to stand behind their product.

The service department with Matt and Jason and the individual that runs the overall service department in Huntley Illinois or fantastic. We’ve had a substantial lumber of problems with a brand new diesel pusher that highlight pour quality from the holiday rambler brand, and in spite of that the service organization has been stellar to resolve those issues and enable us to move forward.

Erica, was very pleasant from day one. Answered all my questions & showed me pictures of other concerns on the minibus. Could've have asked for any better service & great atmosphere.
