Everything. Our unit was cleaned and ready when we arrived for pickup. Dominick did an excellent job with the walk through. He patiently answered all of our questions and we were
never rushed. Everyone we dealt with during our 5+ hours at General was friendly and helpful. Maureen at the front desk approached many times to insure we were comfortable. When we returned early the next morning with a few minor problems, we asked for Dominick and he immediately came out to help, as did Kevin and a third tech until we were satisfied that everything was working properly. A week after our pickup, we called regarding several items that were mistakenly left in our trade- in unit. The service department located them and Amy graciously took my address and card # and had them mailed home to me.
Looking forward to continuing to working with General in West Chester for all of our service needs.

We experienced an issue with our class A motorhome and we were in a time crunch with a trip previously scheduled . This repair required awning attachment and paint repair.
The service rep. ( Jordan ) was fantastic with understanding our situation and doing her best to accommodate us. She did an AWESOME JOB. Turned it around in less time than originally estimated. And the work and painting looked great.

We had a wonderful experience at General RV in Orange Park, FL! The salesman, Bob Manis was exceptional! So friendly and enthusiastic! He is SOOOOOOO knowledgeable about ALL the RV’s there.
We were undecided as to what we wanted, either an B-Van or C-class and there was NO pressure at all! We ultimately decided on one of the Ram vans and so far we are thrilled with that decision.
It is a Travato with a lithium battery-and this thing does everything!

They stayed the course! All of the warranty items were taken care off. I will be forever thankful they showed me how to check my generator hours , I would have searched for the hour meter every chance I got and now I find out I I’ve been carrying it around for the past five months

Great staff and environment. Unfortunately, we could not get any specifics on the Grech Strada Ion we picked up. Deanna was great at a generic overview and I appreciated her willingness to say”I don’t know” and go ask the technician.
However, it would have been really nice to get an overview of the vehicle with in depth knowledge who could answer our questions on the battery system in the vehicle.
Joseph was a great salesman. He was new but answered all our questions. Chuck in finance gave us all the information on additional coverage to protect everything without being pushing. Mark walked us through everything on pickup day and offered great advice on products that would be necessary as opposed to strictly cosmetic items.
I like and appreciate the changes that have been implemented in the culture at General RV. From the scheduling of service to drop off, prompt communication and pick up all phases of the process were exceptional. We have been General RV customers since 2008 and have been loyal customers since. Our most recent visit met and exceeded all expectations, everyone was polite ensuring we were taken care of and the service advisor was through in the repairs and expectations on both ends from delivery to pick up.

Lisa Green was superb. I liked her friendly approach and never downplayed my concerns. She seemed genuinely interested in making sure all my issues were addressed. The wait time to have the rig serviced and repaired seemed a bit excessive, but it is understandable since I brought it in without an appointment under the "keep you camping program". I was in and out the same day - that alone is a good thing.
