This is our second time purchasing from General RV. Bob was our first sales person. Then recently Alex both were awesome. Rod the financial man was awesome. Last was the mechanic PJ is the best!! The repairs were completed properly it seems. The time table was about 60 days. The process that you could explain to customers is this:
1. Initial inspection and estimate initial process
2. Refine estimate, submit for approval from insurance company.
3. Collected my deductible up front
4. Parts ordered took about 3 or 4 weeks for all to come in.
5. Once parts are in a work order is submitted to bring unit into building and complete repairs.
Kyan did a good job keeping me updated during the process mostly.
