2017 Entegra Anthem - Friendly staff, technicians came out and talk to me about possible electrical problems. They explained that the coach was working correctly. First RV and 2 yrs new to RV so great to know that you have a service center with experience technicians you can depend on.

My service advisor Brandon, Jeremy and most of all Ian the service tech. These three men are the reason I keep returning for service by driving from Long Island to General RV in Pennsylvania.

Service team is very helpful. Called for an issue while on the road, part needed to be ordered and we were only going to be home for about 10 days. They ordered the part so it was there when we got home and was able to get the repair done a couple of days after we arrived home. Work was completed and able to take my RV home to get it repacked for the next trip.

The staff were very knowledgeable in their fields of responsibility and friendly and professional at all times. The results were a smooth sales experience and two very happy customers.

My main contact was Lilly Gonzales in Florida, she really worked hard to find the RV I was looking for which incl. Lithium, Bay Mist, Dinette and 24J. When I would text her at night, expecting a return text the next day, she responded the same evening. She got a photo of the mfg plate from the door jamb, the build sheet, and the lithium batteries.

David May and Trevor also went above and beyond resolving issues we ran into after flying to Michigan.

Bo Hurst was very helpful in the Ashland. VA store when we went to do the trade in , which almost canceled the deal. He made it happen.

We were able to get our rv fixed and get back on the road. However, we had the impression we would get in sooner than we did. We understand how the KYC system works - but we called in advance to let you know we were coming and thought it wouldn’t be such a long wait.

Danny Browder, our team coordinator, made sure he understood our concerns by asking questions to get to the details work needed. He then expedited the work order so that we had minimal disruption of our planned travel.

We knew what we wanted layout ,length, ect. Our salesperson showed us all they had on the lit that matched our criteria. We ended up picking a beautiful unit, the one we actually came to see. Everyone was very nice and personable.
