Service center got me in on short notice to look at battery charging concerns for our Nova Coachmen Class b. They were willing to listen and take my concerns seriously. Load tested each house battery to verify they were good. Adjusted charging parameters and provided good advice on operation and loading. Friendly staff.

Extremely attentive people, whether or not they were on my Purchase Team!
When I fell and needed medical attention they had a driver take me to a hospital. The next day, after surgery, they volunteered to pick me up even though I had been transferred to a Tampa Hospital 25 miles away!
I had some complicated requests while I was in Hospital; the staff recorded my specific requests in detail, so when I returned from the Hospital all the requests had been handled! Bravo!

Greg in service called twice a week until the repair was done. He is a true gentleman always polite, and called back like he said he would. Great employee example.

So this time they didn’t need me to remove my Anderson hitch adaptor. They just left the truck and trailer hooked and took it for winterize. Was really more efficient and convenient

Got us in right away

The salesman’s listened to us in purchasing this unit. And then Madison in service was excellent, she kept us in the loop and everything was done in a timely manner in getting out heater fixed.

David was excellent on Sales. He took time and did not seem to panicked to get going on something else. David found a discontinued trailer from Brinkley and put in a ton of time to make sure it was perfect for me.

Justin was great for the turnover. He was thorough and also calm did not make me feel rushed

Rory was a big dog. He worked through everything and knew every detail of my case he dealt with a trade-in credits debits calmly in with a smile.
